What you will do

• Direct team members to meet production and material support plans while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Shipping, Training, and Engineering to optimize workflows and deploy resources.
• Lead team development through coaching, mentoring, and demonstrating leadership qualities.
• Drive continuous improvement via Tier meetings, root cause analysis, PULSE initiatives, and daily management.
• Manage personnel, communicate objectives and feedback, and ensure accountability for results.

Requirements

• Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA; 2nd Shift
• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Associates or 4-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years leadership experience in manufacturing/production; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
