Local Coordinator (International Student Program): Recruit host families for international high school students and supervise their stays in local communities with an accent on community involvement and student advocacy. Location: Fully remote - must reside in the United States
Salary: $500–$1,000 per month

What you will do
- Recruit host families within your local community for international students attending public high schools.
- Connect students with host families and supervise students throughout their program stay.
- Act as a mediator and advocate for students, reaching out regularly to students, host families, and schools.
- Compile monthly progress reports based on recent experiences and discussions.
- Participate in community outreach to recruit additional host families.
Requirements
- Proven experience in volunteer management or related fields
- Strong background in education, social work, or community outreach preferred
- Experience working with students or educational programs is an asset
- Excellent recruiting skills to attract diverse volunteers
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Driver's license required
