Salary: $132,000–$165,000 USD (Tier 1: NYC/SF); geographic adjustment for other US locations.

What you will do

• Lead rebrand implementation, partnering with teams and agencies for seamless rollout across channels
• Drive cross-functional campaign execution and brand activations, ensuring brand and compliance standards
• Build brand governance systems including guidelines, templates, AI tools, and asset library
• Operationalize reputation management across reviews, social, and forums with monitoring and feedback loops
• Track and report brand/reputation KPIs, synthesizing data to inform priorities
• Design AI workflows for speed, consistency, and brand integrity

Requirements

• 5–7 years in brand, integrated, or cross-functional marketing in high-growth environments
• Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with tight timelines
• Experience in regulated industries like fintech with legal/compliance processes
• Strong creative judgment in copy/design with actionable feedback skills
• Exceptional project management in ambiguous settings
• Fluent in AI tools and workflow automation
• High-agency operator who works independently
