Account Manager, Programmatic

What you will do

• Create innovative display and video media plans to meet KPIs.
• Oversee campaign implementation, daily optimization, and delivery to standards.
• Develop and execute testing plans, including audience, media, and creative tests.
• Provide direct client servicing through calls, briefings, and performance reporting with insights.
• Build relationships with media owners, tech partners, and suppliers.
• Manage junior team members in Delhi and locally, ensuring workloads and development.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK required.
• Passion for programmatic activation and innovation.
• Experience trading programmatic self-serve in DV360, TTD, Amazon (nice to have).
• Management experience developing junior team members.
• Analytical skills for large datasets, trends, and insights.
• Excellent communication for stakeholders, clients, and diverse teams.
