What you will do
- Lead retail expansion by opening high-volume new accounts weekly.
- Build partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, and B2B operators.
- Drive sell-in, store shipments, and in-store execution like facings and inventory management.
- Develop relationships with store owners and clerks to secure reorders.
- Manage personal inventory, deliveries, and track performance in mobile CRM.
- Activate territory with demos, sampling, events, and influencer drops.
Requirements
- Proven sales record in DSD, route, or field selling in beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco.
- Track record of high-volume door acquisition and territory growth.
- Strong communication to build retailer and distributor relationships.
- Organized self-management of schedule, inventory, and territory.
- Comfortable with mobile CRMs, routing tools, and daily tracking.
- Physically capable of lifting 40-lb cases and active field work all day.
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor.
- High school diploma or GED.
