What you will do

  • Lead retail expansion by opening high-volume new accounts weekly.
  • Build partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, and B2B operators.
  • Drive sell-in, store shipments, and in-store execution like facings and inventory management.
  • Develop relationships with store owners and clerks to secure reorders.
  • Manage personal inventory, deliveries, and track performance in mobile CRM.
  • Activate territory with demos, sampling, events, and influencer drops.

Requirements

  • Proven sales record in DSD, route, or field selling in beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco.
  • Track record of high-volume door acquisition and territory growth.
  • Strong communication to build retailer and distributor relationships.
  • Organized self-management of schedule, inventory, and territory.
  • Comfortable with mobile CRMs, routing tools, and daily tracking.
  • Physically capable of lifting 40-lb cases and active field work all day.
  • Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor.
  • High school diploma or GED.
