Salary: $100,000–$130,000 base (OTE $130,000–$160,000)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to drive new business and cross-sell via pre-sales support.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover prospects' compliance challenges and goals.
• Translate regulatory requirements into tailored software solutions.
• Configure and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts.
• Prepare sales collateral, support RFPs, webinars, and events.
• Collaborate with Product teams on feedback and roadmap influence.
• Stay current on regulations like SEC, FINRA, CFTC/NFA; some travel required.

Requirements

• 5+ years in compliance or RegTech in client-facing role (Sales Engineer, Product Specialist, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to learn quickly, handle objections, adapt demos.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
