What you will do
- Manually file insurance claims and collections cases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collect and organize required evidence and documentation for claims processing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and support teams to gather necessary documents.
- Maintain organized records of all claims-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Actively enrolled at a university or college in Berlin.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Suite; some SQL experience strongly preferred.
