Senior SEO Analyst

Senior SEO Analyst (SEO): Set Content/On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Off-Page SEO strategy from the ground up, collaborating with Editorial, UX, and creative teams. Focus on developing Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies for AI-powered search platforms, analyzing organic search landscapes, and leveraging proprietary tools for data-driven decisions to improve brand visibility and conversions.

Location: United States. This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer including H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor corp-to-corp. Hybrid.

Total Cash Compensation: $100,000 - 130,000/year

What you will do

• Set Content/On-Page, Technical, and Off-Page SEO strategy, collaborating with Editorial, UX, and creative teams.
• Develop and execute GEO strategies for AI-powered search platforms like Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity.
• Lead a team of SEO Analysts and Marketing Coordinators with feedback, mentorship, and career guidance.
• Analyze organic search landscapes to identify traffic and revenue opportunities.
• Test, innovate, and build custom solutions with digital marketing, data science, and big data teams.
• Optimize sites for mobile, page speed, schema, semantic HTML, and crawling/indexing performance.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of SEO experience; self-starting, curious performer passionate about organic search innovation.
• Strong data analytics skills; comfortable with large datasets, Excel, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, Big Query, Google Search Console, SQL.
• Familiar with SEO tools: STAT, Moz, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Majestic, Botify, Screaming Frog.
• Basic HTML for on-page SEO; communicate with Engineering for Technical SEO fixes.
• Experience in forecasting, competitive analysis, business modeling with business leaders.
