What you will do

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value target keywords for website optimization.
• Lead technical website audits to identify and address issues hindering search engine visibility.
• Optimize website architecture, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup to support indexing.
• Integrate SEO best practices with GEO and AI-driven techniques to create content optimized for both traditional search and LLMs.
• Collaborate with Category and Product Management teams to develop high-converting PDP content for eCommerce.
• Manage relationships with agency partners and track performance metrics using analytics tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and conversions.
• Experience supporting content and SEO in a B2C/DTC space, ideally within Consumer Packaged Goods.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and technical SEO factors.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Deerfield, IL.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills for crafting persuasive copy.
