Salary: $132,000 — $181,500 USD / $114,000 — $157,300 CAD

What you will do

• Own and drive the Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy and execution for the hirify.global and Auth0 web ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Content, Development, Digital Strategy, and Product Marketing teams to boost AI search visibility.
• Develop and implement content structures for LLM retrievability, including RAG, vector embeddings, and structured markup.
• Establish KPIs and reporting systems to track GEO/AEO performance and showcase wins to senior leadership.
• Evangelize the importance of GEO through internal training and the development of best practices.
• Champion the use of AI in internal workstreams to increase efficiency and scale impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience with advanced SEO/GEO expertise in an enterprise environment.
• Strong working knowledge of LLM concepts, including vector embeddings, RAG, grounding, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with GEO tools such as SEMRush AIO, Adobe LLMO, Profound, or Peec.
• Must be based in Bellevue (WA), Chicago (IL), or Toronto (ON) to support a hybrid work model.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and manage multiple concurrent high-impact projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with global brands and expertise in international SEO and localization.
• Professional background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), B2B marketing, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
