What you will do

• Execute advanced analytics projects including statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analysis.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, data marts, and analytics tools in partnership with Engineering.
• Lead and mentor the Data Analyst, set performance goals, and drive team growth through hiring and onboarding.
• Define 1-3 year data strategy and roadmap aligned with company OKRs.
• Manage data projects as technical Product Owner, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Establish data governance, integrity, privacy, and security principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Science, Data Analysis, or related quantitative field.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience designing statistical and machine learning models, large-scale analyses.
• Familiarity with data warehousing/ETL (Snowflake, BigQuery, DBT).
• Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• 2+ years leading projects, mentoring, or as technical lead.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
