What you will do

• Own data science roadmap for Growth and Patient Experience, becoming expert in patient behavior and retention drivers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build attribution models, analyze funnel conversions, and optimize enrollment strategies.
• Define key metrics like enrollment and retention rates, presenting insights to leadership.
• Conduct exploratory analyses for features like conversation categorization and patient segmentation.
• Build data pipelines unifying marketing, product, and external data for patient journey views.
• Lead A/B testing for marketing and product initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Clinical, and Engineering to translate insights into features.

Requirements

• 4+ years in data science, product analytics, or data engineering
• 1+ years in healthcare, consumer health, or high-touch consumer products
• Expert in SQL and Python across full data stack
• Strong product sense with A/B testing and user behavior analysis experience
• Track record scoping data-driven solutions for complex problems
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication for diverse audiences
• Data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, Metabase
• Modern data stack tools like dbt, Airflow, Snowflake
