What you will do

• Design and improve driver-based volume forecast models integrating historical trends, pipeline data, and market intelligence.
• Apply statistical and machine learning methodologies (ARIMA, exponential smoothing, regression) to optimize forecast accuracy.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation to replace manual processes with scalable, reproducible data pipelines.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, coordinating inputs across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Produce rolling volume forecasts for the Supply Chain team to enable inventory planning and operational readiness.
• Design high-visibility dashboards and automated reporting for executive stakeholders using Tableau or Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field (Master's preferred).
• 8–12+ years of experience in Forecasting, Demand Planning, or quantitative Consulting within healthcare, biotech, or life sciences.
• Deep expertise in time-series decomposition, ARIMA/SARIMA, and ML methods like gradient boosting and random forests.
• Proficiency in Python or R for model development and SQL for working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Proven track record of building segment-level forecasts that directly inform resource allocation and revenue decisions.
