What you will do

• Create scalable frameworks to connect business data into interpretable outputs.
• Root cause data and performance issues to ensure continued strong business performance.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and automations to scale analytics across the company.
• Establish causal links between actions and outcomes through experimentation.
• Bridge the gap between data insights and strategic priorities within business areas.
• Champion best practices, precise terminology, and robust documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.).
• 8+ years of experience using analytical and statistical methods to drive business outcomes.
• Expert communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business vernacular.
• Advanced experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Mode, Looker).
• Experience with ETL processes, specifically utilizing dbt and Snowflake.
• Must be based in the US or be eligible for relocation to NYC or SF.
