Location: Hybrid (NYC). 3 days per week on-site at New York Headquarters. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates outside NYC, SF, or Salt Lake City.

Salary: $155,000 — $194,000 USD (for Tier 1 markets NYC/SF)

What you will do

• Develop scalable frameworks to connect business data into interpretable outputs across various domains.
• Root cause data and performance issues to ensure business stability and growth.
• Build and optimize dashboards and visualizations to scale analytics across the organization.
• Use experimentation to establish clear causal links between business actions and outcomes.
• Translate complex data insights into strategic priorities for different business areas.
• Define and document best practices and terminology for the Analytics team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience using analytical and statistical methods to drive business outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Looker.
• Experience with ETL processes, specifically using dbt and Snowflake.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to the United States.
