What you will do

• Develop and lead comprehensive communications strategies aligning with business goals across internal and external channels.
• Oversee proactive and reactive media engagement to secure strategic coverage and enhance brand credibility.
• Author high-visibility assets like press releases, executive talking points, speeches, and op-eds.
• Manage crisis communications, monitoring sentiment and coordinating real-time responses.
• Shape company narrative across digital platforms, social media, and public affairs campaigns.
• Direct external agencies, track performance metrics, and advise leaders on communications best practices.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in communications or public affairs with leadership of multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience in CPG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries understanding compliance and risks.
• Director-level ownership of strategies, media relations, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Proficiency with tools like Cision for monitoring and analytics.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills with portfolio of high-visibility materials.
