Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute Community Impact strategies aligned with the bank's mission, brand, and sustainability goals.
• Manage and deepen relations with philanthropic organizations and industry groups to advance bank objectives.
• Lead the development and publication of the annual Sustainability Report using SASB and TCFD frameworks.
• Coordinate with the CRA Officer and HR to integrate sustainability objectives with CRA initiatives.
• Monitor evolving sustainability regulatory frameworks and industry trends to ensure compliance readiness.
• Plan and facilitate quarterly financial literacy workshops with community partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with crisis communications, issues management, and change management.
• Familiarity with financial services or sustainability sectors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Chevy Chase, MD (Hybrid).
