What you will do

• Develop and execute investor relations communication strategies for international markets in cooperation with VEON teams.
• Lead communications for Nasdaq listing and ongoing public company requirements.
• Create consistent messaging frameworks aligned with corporate strategy.
• Manage crisis communications and sensitive investor issues.
• Write, edit press releases, and coordinate IR website content in English and Ukrainian.
• Build relationships with financial media, coordinate with US IR&PR agency, and monitor market sentiment.
• Prepare reports on media coverage, analyst opinions, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Native Ukrainian, fluent English
• Master’s degree in communications, International Relations, Business, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PR.
• Experience with international teams and cross-cultural communication.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure.
