What you will do

• Craft and execute PR strategies aligned with business goals, emphasizing media relations, thought leadership, and ecosystem expansion
• Oversee global PR agencies, set KPIs, and ensure brand consistency
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers in blockchain, crypto, and tech
• Create content including press releases, blogs, social media, and executive materials
• Advise leadership on media, speeches, and panels
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering for consistent messaging
• Lead crisis communications and risk mitigation
• Analyze PR metrics and report on performance

Requirements

• Extensive PR/comms experience, with 3+ years in blockchain/crypto
• Ability to simplify complex tech like Layer 2 scaling for diverse audiences
• Established Web3 and mainstream media network
• Exceptional writing/verbal skills with versatile portfolio
• Experience in high-stakes comms and reputation management
• Proven PR initiatives driving business growth
• Thrives in remote-first, fast-paced setting
• Bachelor's in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related
