Associate Onboarding Manager

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 a year (base); total compensation $66,000 - $88,000

What you will do

• Take ownership of onboarding multiple clients concurrently, identifying scope and requirements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate with sales pre-kickoff.
• Monitor progress, report to teams, drive escalations, and mitigate issues.
• Train clients on platform features and transition to Customer Success.
• Use GuideCX to manage tasks and support special projects.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Customer Onboarding, Implementation, or Support experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Excellent communication skills (video, phone, email).
• Exceptional time management and organization in fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of data template configuration.
• Willingness to learn and use coaching feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, GuideCX, and JIRA.
