What you will do

• Lead creation, maintenance, and optimization of 200+ Google Business Profiles.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost local organic rankings and targeted traffic.
• Conduct website audits, SEO opportunity research, keyword analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with development, IT, and cross-functional teams on site optimization, metadata, backlinks, and architecture.
• Provide regular reporting using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs; stay updated on algorithm changes and trends.
• Present performance insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of local SEO experience
• Practical experience managing Google Business Profiles; track record restoring suspended listings
• Deep SEO knowledge: best practices, keyword research, information architecture
• Proven ability developing/executing SEO strategies driving business outcomes
• Proficiency in analytical problem-solving with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs
• Bachelor's in business, economics, statistics, or technology discipline

Nice to have

• Knowledge of affiliates, marketplaces, programmatic, local marketing at scale (franchise, retail)
