Senior Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the cloud platform supporting product and engineering teams across AWS and GCP.
• Manage compute infrastructure, EKS fleets, serverless systems, networking, and cloud operations.
• Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code foundations and reusable platform components.
• Improve observability through dashboards, alerts, service-level objectives, and actionable on-call workflows.
• Build AI-powered infrastructure automation for policy as code, drift detection, and LLM-assisted runbook generation.
• Contribute to the culture and growth of an expanding infrastructure team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience owning and operating customer-facing cloud infrastructure with little to no downtime.
• Deep hands-on AWS experience and strong knowledge of cloud operations.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale, including upgrades, node groups, autoscaling, and add-on lifecycle management.
• Experience with Pulumi or Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience working in multi-region or multi-cloud environments across AWS or GCP.
• Valid work authorization is required for the country of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Karpenter, Cluster Autoscaler, or other Kubernetes-native scaling tools.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Experience building AI-assisted infrastructure tooling for cost optimization, anomaly detection, or policy as code.
• Experience with multi-region architecture, data residency, regional failover, or latency-based routing.
