What you will do

• Co-lead a pod of up to 10 clinicians alongside a Registered Dietitian Lead.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development to reporting clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Conduct regular chart reviews and individual feedback sessions as part of the quality assurance process.
• Collaborate with the Regional Medical Director to drive clinical efficiency and support company goals.
• Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new medical clinicians.
• Actively promote a positive team culture and monitor for clinician burnout.

Requirements

• Board certification in Endocrinology (ABIM) or Obesity Medicine (ABOM), or minimum 3 years of extensive clinical experience in obesity medicine and pharmacotherapy.
• Active and unrestricted Medical State License in WA & CO.
• Demonstrated competency in managing patients with complex co-morbidities.
• Strong adherence to evidence-based treatments, behavioral interventions, and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring.

Nice to have

• 5 years of experience as an attending physician in a primary specialty or endocrinology.
• One year of experience supervising Advanced Practice Professionals (APPs) in a clinical setting.
