What you will do
- Lead full-funnel campaign execution and optimization across social, programmatic, and display platforms to achieve KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
- Develop testing frameworks, scaling strategies, and bid optimizations for sustainable growth across audiences and markets.
- Drive automation and innovation by partnering with teams to enhance platforms, streamline workflows, and ensure execution.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; deliver insights via structured reporting.
- Oversee client onboarding, set expectations, and align on full-funnel media strategies.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Analytics teams to translate plans into outcomes and improve processes.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years managing high-volume, direct-response digital advertising campaigns (lead gen, signups, sales).
- Proven success with 7-8 figure annual budgets across platforms and geographies.
- Deep knowledge of metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV) and optimization levers.
- Strong experience in programmatic and social media buying.
- Advanced skills in conversion tracking (GTM, SDKs, pixels) and attribution models.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, Google Docs, HTML, JavaScript; client-facing communication and training skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing automation, custom bidding algorithms, or proprietary ad tech.
- Exposure to API integrations or data visualization platforms.
- Comfort in fast-paced, startup-style environments.
