Location: Must be based in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or northern Florida (Greater Atlanta preferred)

Salary: Anticipated OTE $200,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary field contact for channel sales teams in the Southeast region.
  • Support partner reps in pipeline strategy, customer meetings, and closing high-value deals.
  • Onboard and train partner sales reps to ensure fast ramp-up and product confidence.
  • Build strong regional relationships and increase brand presence through events and office visits.
  • Monitor regional pipeline health and report field intelligence to internal strategy teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and partner teams to align execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of channel or distribution partner management experience with a track record of driving revenue.
  • 3+ years of direct selling experience in high-activity environments.
  • Experience with recently commercialized products and combined SaaS/hardware solutions.
  • Proven success in training, enabling, and motivating external sales teams.
  • Ability to travel frequently (50–60%) within the region.
  • Self-starter mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
