Location: Only candidates in the DC/Maryland/Virginia (DMV) region will be considered. Remote with approx. 30% travel within assigned territory for client visits and demos.

What you will do
- Independently manage a defined geographic territory, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline with public sector and institutional clients.
- Proactively engage key decision-makers via in-person visits, calls, emails, and outreach tailored to client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing AED hardware and SaaS solutions.
- Develop product expertise to act as consultative advisor to prospects.
- Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to track activities, pipeline, and metrics.
- Travel regularly (30%) within territory to build relationships and close deals.
Requirements
- Multiple years of proven success in outside sales to public sector clients (law enforcement, fire/EMS, education, municipalities) selling emergency response or medical equipment.
- Extensive experience owning and managing a geographic territory and building pipelines.
- Skilled in in-person product demos and presentations for SaaS and physical products.
- Technical aptitude to quickly master innovative products.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Google Workspace.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with proactive mindset.
