Compensation: $190K–$220K base + $190K–$220K commission + equity

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives across new and existing business motions with hands-on coaching through deals and negotiations.
- Drive net new revenue from enterprise accounts by setting quotas, refining outbound/inbound strategies, and equipping AEs with tools to win competitively.
- Oversee expansion and retention in existing accounts, ensuring growth plans, executive alignment, and compelling ROI narratives.
- Architect scalable GTM motions for acquisition, retention, and expansion, partnering with CRO, Product, and Marketing.
- Build pipeline with Marketing and serve as executive sponsor for strategic deals and C-suite relationships.
- Own full revenue metrics including new ARR, expansion ARR, net retention, and deliver precise forecasts.
Requirements
- 12+ years in enterprise software sales, including 3+ years in senior sales leadership owning significant revenue in SaaS.
- Proven track record leading both new logo acquisition and land-and-expand motions, ideally in martech/adtech.
- Experience building and scaling AE teams with differentiated strategies and coaching frameworks.
- Strong executive presence for C-suite interactions and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- GTM architecture skills to design playbooks and scalable enterprise sales processes.
- High-growth DNA with ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and collaborate cross-functionally.
