Location: Philippines / Cebu City, Cebu, Remote (Work from Home as choice)

What you will do

• Consolidate data maps into project templates and perform data entry.
• Set up client accounts, project tracking, and update ticketing systems.
• Validate compliance contacts, certifications, and customer information in ERP systems.
• Handle offboarding, deactivation, and removal of client data.
• Design cookie consent banners, audit documents, and track privacy regulation participation.
• Assist with report requests, trademark violations, GPS upsell cases, and other initiatives.

Requirements

• BS/BA preferred, 1+ years related work experience.
• Excellent English proficiency, both oral and written.
• Experience in B2B account management or client services.
• Keen attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and basic Internet technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies).
• Highly motivated and self-directed.

Nice to have

• Experience in privacy management systems.
• Understanding of data privacy practices.
• Knowledge of ERP systems like Netsuite, Jira, Salesforce.
