What you will do

• Execute manual test cases for new features, bug fixes, and regression as part of sprint cycles.
• Manage QA workflow in Jira, including logging, prioritizing bugs, and updating test status.
• Write and maintain automated tests in Playwright using Page Object Model design patterns.
• Build and expand POM for scalable automation suite and integrate with Xray test management.
• Collaborate with developers and product on acceptance criteria, risk assessment, and release readiness.
• Partner with Customer Support on triaging complex application issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a QA role with strong emphasis on test automation
• Hands-on experience with Playwright preferred or strong experience with modern automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO)
• Familiarity with Xray or comparable test management tool integrated with Jira
• Comfortable managing QA work in Jira, including ticket workflows, bug reporting, and sprint board hygiene
• Experience in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong ability to identify, document, and communicate defects' priority and impact
• Experience contributing to or maintaining shared QA codebase with code quality practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across engineering and product teams

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience with Playwright
• Familiarity with Salesforce or testing Salesforce-based applications
• Experience with Salesforce debugging logs or similar diagnostic tools
• Prior experience in document management or legal tech products
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini) for test case generation and automation
