Compensation: $140K – $200K (offers equity)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications, from onboarding to telehealth visits
• Develop and maintain scalable automated test suites
• Test AI diagnostic outputs for accuracy, consistency, and edge cases across medical conditions
• Validate integrations with third-party scheduling, video, and enterprise APIs
• Create test plans for new features and track bugs to resolution
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, SOC 2) and monitor production issues

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA engineering experience with web and mobile applications
• Strong manual and automated testing methodologies
• Experience with testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar)
• Testing APIs and backend systems
• Detail-oriented with critical thinking for edge cases, excellent documentation and communication
• Collaborative team player working with engineers, designers, and product managers

Nice to have

• Healthcare or regulated industry testing experience
• AI/ML model testing and validation
• Mobile app testing for iOS and Android
• Security testing, compliance, performance/load testing
• Video platforms or real-time systems experience
• Building QA processes in startups
