Salary: $96,132 - $126,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for functionality, performance, accessibility, security, and reliability.
- Perform manual testing of web-based applications and validate user experience across different user types.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards like Section 508 and WCAG 2.2.
- Identify, document, track defects, and establish metrics with clear reproduction steps.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and DevOps in Agile ceremonies and continuous delivery.
- Monitor quality trends, recommend improvements, and maintain test documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years in software QA/testing in enterprise or federal environments.
- Proven manual testing of web applications.
- Extensive experience with accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG 2.2).
- Agile environment experience and iterative delivery.
- Test management tools (Jira, TestRail).
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related.
