What you will do

  • Own end-to-end client relationships as primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for retention, expansion, and revenue growth, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maximize product adoption, optimize campaigns, and ensure client ROI through platform expertise and best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance in the platform, deliver data-driven insights, and lead strategic business reviews.
  • Monitor account health, mitigate risks, support revenue growth via expansions, and act as voice of the customer internally.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional resources and maintain operational excellence with CRM documentation and forecasts.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in Account Management, preferably SaaS or AdTech; strong advertising/digital media background
  • Proven track record of revenue growth through account expansion and upsells
  • Strategic thinker with business acumen, exceptional relationship building, and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven, organized, customer-obsessed problem solver comfortable with ambiguity and startup environment
  • Resourceful with technology, including AI tools
