What you will do

• Design, code, and implement solutions within Salesforce Lightning to meet business needs.
• Own technical aspects including integrations, data migration, AppExchange products, and custom code.
• Drive projects, gather requirements, and translate functional needs into technical designs.
• Identify and resolve bugs, serve as escalation point for complex issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams on projects, change management, and release processes.
• Transform business needs into technical solutions with demos and proof of concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, robust workflows, and automation.
• Stay current on Salesforce best practices, tools, and features.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, Admin, Cloud Certifications.
