What you will do

• Own the design and implementation of strategic Salesforce initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Configure and optimize OOB Opportunity Management within Sales Cloud.
• Design automated, multi-channel campaigns within Marketing Cloud.
• Drive projects for Contact and Account data enrichment to improve data quality.
• Execute the creation of custom objects, complex APEX code, and advanced Flow automations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hands-on Salesforce architectural design and full-lifecycle development.
• Deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Expert-level proficiency in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Agentforce for AI-driven automation.
• Experience with third-party data integration and enrichment tools.
• Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications.
