What you will do
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients for nearshore software development and IT staffing
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, and procurement leaders
- Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to create compelling proposals
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the IT sector
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Proactive attitude and growth mindset
Nice to have
- Fluency in German, French, Dutch, or Spanish
