What you will do

  • Partner with executives to refine positioning, narrative, and go-to-market strategies for global scaling.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives like new market entry, strategic partnerships, and product launches.
  • Design internal communications framework, employer branding, and talent acquisition campaigns.
  • Execute external communications, PR programs, thought leadership, and media relations across priority markets.
  • Align campaigns, content, and messaging with company strategy and growth priorities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing, strategy, corporate communications, or consulting; high-growth tech/SaaS/infrastructure preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with senior leadership on narrative/positioning.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and ability to distill complex technical concepts.
  • Commercially minded, consultant mindset, thrives in fast-paced scale-ups with cross-functional collaboration.
