What you will do

• Own the marketing strategy for experiences with full accountability for performance and results.
• Create high-visibility performance digital marketing campaigns using Facebook and Instagram.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content) to provide strategic direction.
• Lead campaign planning and prioritization to ensure high-quality and timely execution across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, and social paid platforms.
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end with strong accountability for results.
• Highly organized and methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient or bilingual level of English.
• Professional background in marketing.
