What you will do
- Own full-funnel B2B growth strategy for Oceania, hitting pipeline targets from lead gen to conversion.
- Set up, manage, and optimize complex outbound sequences targeting enterprise decision-makers.
- Plan and execute high-impact events, webinars, and trade shows end-to-end.
- Collaborate on performance retargeting and ABM, analyzing data to identify what works.
- Create sales collateral, thought leadership content, and regional messaging.
- Manage vendors and local partnerships for sponsorships.
Requirements
- The "Owner" Mentality: Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end with full accountability.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Experience founding a company, early-stage startup, or high-engagement side projects.
- Chaos Compatibility: Thrive in fast-paced environments handling multiple complex workstreams.
- Broad knowledge of performance marketing, data analysis, campaign execution, and event organization.
- Bias toward action as a self-starter who experiments and scales independently.
- Strategic instincts to understand customers and craft resonant market positioning.
Nice to have

- SEO and content strategy expertise.
- Design skills (Figma/Adobe Suite).
