What you will do

  • Own organic social media growth strategy on LinkedIn and YouTube, execute always-on content calendar balancing authority and personality.
  • Drive community presence on Reddit and forums, manage reputations on G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, and collate feedback for stakeholders.
  • Lead B2B influencer program, employee advocacy, and customer super-user groups to create engagement and user-generated content.
  • Develop social-first campaigns for customer retention, celebrate wins, and partner on customer marketing integration.
  • Leverage tools like Sprout Social and AI for content creation, reporting, and data-led strategy including Share of Voice and engagement metrics.
  • Support PR strategy, executive spokesperson training, and agency partnerships for communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and marketing qualifications (CIM or AMI).
  • 8+ years in B2B/B2C social media and community building, ideally in global matrix organization.
  • Proven track record with B2B influencers, Reddit culture, LinkedIn polish, design eye, and persuasive copywriting.
  • Passion for social platforms driving B2B results and ability to work across time zones (UK, US, Australia).
