What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture and document service automation and system requirements.
• Visualize complex concepts through technical designs, workflows, and business processes.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the team's backlog of user stories.
• Collaborate with engineers on requirement refinement and agile sessions.
• Improve processes to optimize business-engineering collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Analysis or related technical role.
• Expertise in stakeholder collaboration for solution definition and validation.
• Clear, comprehensive documentation skills.
• Translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Agile principles experience in software development.
• Practical experience with APIs, web services, and web-based projects.
• Understanding of networking concepts beneficial.
