What you will do

• Lead solution and architecture design for Google Cloud CX projects
• Create architecture diagrams, demos, proof-of-concepts, and delivery accelerators
• Implement secure and scalable Google Cloud solutions in production through hands-on engineering
• Demonstrate expertise in Google Cloud Customer Engagement Suite (CES) services including CCAI
• Mentor developers and engineers during project execution
• Partner with project managers for on-time, quality delivery and advocate for Google Cloud solutions
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and practice development

Requirements

• 5+ years of architecture and implementation experience with public clouds, including 3+ years on GCP
• Hands-on end-to-end implementation of Dialogflow CX/ES, Conversational Insights, Speech to Text, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, GKE/Cloud Run, Vertex AI
• Expert in GCP foundational best practices: IAM, project hierarchy, logging/monitoring, VPC, hybrid connectivity, billing
• Experience designing/deploying production CX solutions in contact center transformations
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to lead small team
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud CCaaS/CCaIP, Agent Assist, Quality AI
• Google Cloud Retail Search/Vertex AI Search for commerce
• Implementation of agentic workflows using Vertex AI
• Designing accelerators or packaged offerings for cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Genesys, NICE, Five9
• Additional Professional-level Google Cloud certifications
