What you will do

• Manage multiple paid search accounts, optimize performance, and provide recommendations for innovation
• Create and present performance reports with strategic insights for continual improvement
• Forecast budgets, communicate strategies to clients including C-suites, and identify growth opportunities
• Build relationships with engine reps, oversee deliverables, and manage direct reports through one-on-ones and reviews
• Act as thought leader by writing articles, attending events, training team members, and supporting non-search initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising experience
• Experience managing large budgets, complex accounts, multi-channel campaigns, and Shopping campaigns
• Proficiency in automated bidding platforms like Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Marin, or Adobe Advertising Cloud
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and managing direct reports
• Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics certifications; strong Excel skills
• Bachelor's Degree in related field; strong communication, analytical skills, and industry knowledge
