What you will do

• Act as Paid Media subject matter expert and lead strategic planning sessions
• Develop, execute, manage, and report on paid media campaigns supporting client goals
• Review deliverables, provide feedback, and conduct one-on-one meetings with team members
• Assist in new business efforts, sales pitches, and educational initiatives like training sessions
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements
• Work with vendors, partners, and other departments to develop integrated digital strategies

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in paid media managing large budgets across channels like paid search, social, display, retargeting, video
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, social, email, PR
• Experience with programmatic platforms, media buys, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• Working knowledge of bid management and ad serving platforms
• Strong communication, research, analytical skills, Excel proficiency
• Bachelor's Degree in related field; ability to meet deadlines, multitask in fast-paced environment
