What you will do

• Develop custom features using the hirify.global SDK in TypeScript, JavaScript, and declarative scripting to automate project changes.
• Build custom visualizations, calculations, and advanced data analysis tools.
• Create tailored UI elements to simplify and automate complex user workflows.
• Build robust API integrations to synchronize project data with external enterprise systems.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to strategic enterprise customers, translating business needs into technical designs.
• Lead hands-on training and workshops focused on SDK and API best practices.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Forward-Deployed Engineer building custom technical solutions for enterprise SaaS.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, and Python.
• Expertise with modern development tools including Git, Node, npm, and the terminal.
• Proven ability to utilize proprietary SDKs and RESTful APIs (OpenAPI Specification).
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to both engineers and executives.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Houston, USA.
