Salary: $73,000 - $86,000 annually

What you will do

• Collaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders to stage and organize content in the LMS.
• Configure, test, and optimize content for engagement and accessibility.
• Manage daily LMS operations including user accounts, enrollment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Implement features in Evolve and Intellum to meet organizational needs.
• Generate reports and analytics on performance, learner progress, and engagement.
• Identify improvements for LMS user experience and collaborate with IT and vendors on updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in LMS platforms, specifically Evolve or Intellum.
• Expertise in staging content and managing digital learning environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clixie or similar interactive content tools.
• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards.
