Professional Learning Specialist (EdTech): Support educators in implementing hirify.global products by facilitating virtual and in-person professional development, webinars, and events with an accent on tailored implementation strategies and classroom instruction improvement. Focus on partnering with school leaders, hosting regional events, and collaborating with sales and customer success teams to grow customer relationships.

Location: Full-time remote position for candidates located in Texas. Up to 60% travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year. Must live close to a major airport.

What you will do

• Serve as product expert providing tailored implementation strategies to educators
• Plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development with school and district leaders
• Travel to facilitate in-person sessions at schools and districts
• Host and present at regional IXL Live events in collaboration with events team
• Support sales team with schools piloting IXL
• Manage and grow customer relationships with customer success and sales teams

Requirements

• Located in Texas and live close to a major airport
• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years teaching experience in K-12 setting; department- or school-level leadership a plus
• Educational professional development experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience using Google Apps and Zoom
