What you will do
- Liaise in writing and verbally with clients’ supply chains to evaluate regulatory compliance needs.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls from suppliers while providing basic information.
- Perform outbound calls to suppliers and engage unresponsive ones to troubleshoot portal issues.
- Handle tier 1 and 2 supplier ticket responses with assistance from senior team members.
- Work with Program Success to achieve high response rates for clients.
- Provide language support including translation of regulatory articles and joining prospect calls.
Requirements
- Great verbal and written communication skills primarily in English and German (fluent Italian or French is an advantage)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher diploma from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1-3 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and solutions-first attitude.
- Basic to intermediate regulatory knowledge and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
