What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers to resolve technical issues.
- Handle end-user queries through phone, email, and web tools.
- Log and administer calls accurately using ticketing tools.
- Escalate unresolved issues to competent Level 2 support teams.
- Follow up on ongoing cases to ensure user satisfaction.
Requirements
- German language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
- English language proficiency at B2 (upper-intermediate) level.
- Experience in IT Support or non-technical Customer Support.
- High School degree.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
