- Process daily orders received via email, online entry, and phone.
- Route shipments based on commodity, volume, temperature control, and transit time requirements.
- Communicate with internal departments and external customers to resolve shipment issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment status and provide courteous answers to client questions.
- Contribute suggestions to improve overall customer service operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Mandatory ability to communicate clearly in English and German.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
