What you will do

• Lead exploratory projects on new data sources and tools, developing analysis methods for evolving media landscapes.
• Build and own analytical tools, dashboards, and data infrastructure using SQL, R/Python, Tableau, and other visualization tools.
• Join paid and web data for full-funnel analytics, unify datasets, and tell data stories for stakeholders.
• Provide optimization recommendations, performance projections, and testing suggestions to Paid Media teams.
• Lead reporting, analysis, and client presentations on channel performance and trends.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and share knowledge cross-departmentally.

Requirements

• 5+ years in paid media and marketing analytics.
• Expertise in web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), data visualization (Tableau), and tools like Salesforce, Rockerbox, Sisense, Hubspot.
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript basics, statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing), and experimental design.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into KPIs, analyze multi-source data, and communicate insights to clients.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
